Investigated a recurring laptop procurement failure at an international hub, structured the options and cost impact, and proposed Kaizen-style process improvements to management.
Designed and implemented “I Forgot”, a self-service peripheral lending service: user journey, escalation workflows and documentation — a new service, not just new hardware.
4,000+ devices replaced across Belgium and Europe — vendor coordination, logistics and local IT teams, kept on schedule with minimal user disruption.
Full renewal of the internal iPhone fleet in Belgium and replacement of 80 printers across 4 sites — procurement to cutover, without service interruption.

A team lunch-ordering web app I designed, built and deployed — used every day by ~10 colleagues. Real-time ordering and chat, multi-restaurant menus, notifications, and AI-powered menu extraction through the Claude API on Vercel serverless functions.
